Description: This council shall develop the State plan for comprehensive services and to monitor, review and evaluate the implementation as well as advise the Governor on issues relating to people with developmental disabilities and their families. It shall prepare and approve a budget and submit periodic reports to the US Secretary of Health and Human Services.
