Establishing Statute: 33 VSA Ch 5 § 505

Description: This department shall administer all laws and programs specifically assigned to it, including federally funded programs and surveys for older persons and vocational rehabilitation for those Vermonters who are visually or hearing impaired. They shall also analyze issues concerning older persons.
