(November 5, 2003) First Lady Dorothy Douglas receives her annual flu shot from Pat Wright, RN (a VNA nurse for 30 years) at the McClure Intergenerational Center in Burlington. Governor and Mrs. Douglas visited the center to promote annual flu shots for Vermonters above 50 and those considered at high risk of getting the flu. The clinic was sponsored by the Vermont Visiting Nurses Association.
