First Lady Dorothy Douglas, former Governor Madeleine Kunin and former Lieutenant Governor Barbara Snelling at an announcement of the American Heart Association's "Leading Ladies Go Red For Women" campaign held Wednesday, Decemeber 10, 2003 in Governor Douglas' office. The leading ladies are sharing the spotlight to help women learn about steps they can take to reduce their risk of heart disease, the leading cause of death among women in Vermont. The red dresses were donated by April Cornell.
